The website www.mrsscreates.com and it's related services, products and tools is owned and operated by Mrs S Creates ABN 46422927583.

These terms and conditions govern the supply of any products ordered by you on the website or any other means, including phone or email. By placing an order on the website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree with these Terms and Conditions then you should not use this website. By ordering from Mrs S Creates, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

THE PRODUCT

Cookies: You acknowledge that each cookie is handmade so there may be some variation in the design. Each cookie is individually wrapped and sealed and has a shelf life of 1 month when kept in original packaging. Once opened, store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Preserved Palms: You acknowledge that each palm stem needs to be sealed or taped before adding them onto/into any edible items and will need to be removed before serving. These toppers will need to be out of direct sunlight and away from humidity.

ALLERGENS

All of our cookies contain gluten, dairy, eggs and may contain traces of nuts.

DELIVERY

While striving to provide superior customer service, Mrs S Creates shall not be responsible for any shipping delays, lost or damaged packages due to inclement weather or other factors out of our control. We will attempt delivery to an address and postcode as you enter it. If any information is incomplete or incorrect, it is possible that your order will be unable to be delivered. Please ensure you provide a name, phone number and full delivery details. For businesses the business name, and if applicable Level and/or Suite number are also required. We advise our carriers that they can leave deliveries in a safe place. If there is no one to receive it, or no safe place to leave it, the delivery will be returned to Mrs S Creates and additional charges will apply.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, we will happily refund you the full amount. If you would like to cancel your order for any reason post 24 hours of making your order we will provide you a store credit for future use as once we have baked your items we can’t offer a refund or take cancellations. REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our priority at Mrs S Creates. If you’re unhappy with any of our items you must notify us in writing to mrsscreates@gmail.com upon receipt of the product. Evidence of any faults, damages or discrepancies should be included. We will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. To do this we would, however, need you to return your order to us within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and unopened condition.

THIRD PARTY SERVICE:

On our website we may provide you with third party services whereby you agree and acknowledge that by using such services (such as PayPal or any other payment provider) you are bound by the terms and conditions of that third party. You do not have to be registered with PayPal to make payment. The payment transaction will be processed by your credit card company at PayPal’s request once payment is confirmed and your legitimacy as a legal cardholder. You will receive further information during the order process.
You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for making sure that you have read and understood any third-party terms of agreement when using the Website. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage in connection with such third party terms. You are also responsible for retaining a copy of and reviewing such third party terms.

Mrs S Creates reserves the right to accept or reject your order at any time and for any reason.

You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify or publicly display any Mrs S Creates property except with written permission of Mrs S Creates .
