REFUNDS 

Your satisfaction is our priority at Mrs S Creates. If you’re unhappy with any of our items you must notify us in writing to mrsscreates@gmail.com upon receipt of the product. Evidence of any faults, damages or discrepancies should be included. We will happily exchange the item or refund your credit card. To do this we would, however, need you to return your order to us within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and unopened condition.

 

CANCELLATIONS 

If you need to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, we will gladly refund you the full amount. If you would like to cancel your order for any reason post 24 hours of making your order we will provide you a store credit for future use as once we have baked your items we can’t offer a refund or take cancellations.
